To this end, Ortho Biologics LLC, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson's Centocor has developed a 9 -step Performance Coaching & Development Program that combines business strategies, employee performance and development practices, and financial rewards into a seamless and flexible year-round program.

At Accurate Communications we translated the entire program including the 36-page reference guide, audiovisual presentation and handout materials; and reprinted the Spanish version for use at the Company's Manatí site.

One Newsletter, Many Publics

The Pharmaceutical Sourcing Group - Americas (PSGA) integrates Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical operations and quality assurance organizations within the Americas, thereby enhancing supply chain performance.

PSGA publishes this newsletter for employees in North and South America.

At Accurate Communications we translate the copy for the newsletters distributed in México and Puerto Rico. It's all done through e-mail.

Same Brochure,
Different Language
Cardinal Health Puerto Rico had an excellent full color brochure that masterfully presented the company's philosophy, capabilities and the excellent benefits its employees enjoy around the world. The only problem... it was in English.

While most people are led to believe that Island residents are fluent in both English and Spanish, due to Puerto Rico's 100+ year relationship with the United States, the fact is that most people have a very basic knowledge of English at best. Thus, many organizations prefer to translate important documents into Spanish to assure full comprehension.

Working with the original layout files, we replaced the copy and reprinted a Spanish version, saving our customer time and money, while maintaining a uniform image throughout the Cardinal Health world.

Bringing The Americas Together

When Puerto Rican architect Yiries A. Saad Maura ran for the presidency of the Pan American Federation of Architect Associations, he knew that he needed to present a clear succinct proposal, that would clearly present his views and ideas. The problem was, that he had to present it in four languages: Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.

At Accurate Communications we edited his Spanish copy and translated it into English. Then we coordinated the translation into French and Portuguese, as well as the proof reading. Finally, we created an effective crisp layout that presented his candidacy under the best possible light!
