Doral Financial Kicks Off
the “Club 5 Estrellas”
Employee Recognition Program

Doral Financial recently kicked of its “Club 5 Estrellas” employee recognition program, an interactive system designed to recognize the bank’s most excellent employees when they are “caught” doing something great that goes well beyond the call of duty.

The system uses our www.insti-tests.com service to explain and promote every aspect of the program, submit candidates, collect data and send out “Club 5 Estrellas” certificates.

Every time an employee receives recognition the information is forwarded via email to his/her supervisor, Doral’s HR department and save to an online database for future reference.
